How are refunds issued?

Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item(s) to ensure it meets our Return & Exchange Policy criteria.

Q. How are refunds processed?

A. Refunds are processed via Razorpay back to your original payment method i.e. you will receive the amount back where it was paid from in case of credit/debit card, UPI or net banking.

In case of a cash on delivery (COD) payment, please fill out our Refund Form* specifying your bank account details.

Q. How long does it take to process a refund?

A. Once you have placed your refund request, we’ll arrange a pick-up within 24–48 hours. After we receive and inspect the bag, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Important: Accessories purchased along with the bag are considered as Final Sale and are not eligible for refund. 

Q. When will I receive my refund?

A. Normal refunds take approximately 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment method.

Q. Do refunds cost anything?

A. We do not pay any processing charge for normal refunds. However, any transaction fees or taxes charged during the original payment are not reversed.

Q. What about instant refunds?

A. We can issue instant refunds via Razorpay for certain payment methods (like cards, UPI, net banking); this may incur a small fee, and the amount is usually credited immediately.

Q. What about partial refunds?

A. Yes, partial refunds are supported, if the total amount refunded does not exceed the original payment captured.

Q. What if I do not receive my refund in time?

A. We recommend waiting at least 7 days for the refund to reflect in your account. If it doesn't, then you can contact us for a status update. If needed, you can also raise a dispute with your bank specifying the Razorpay reference number.
