A. We use trusted, professional courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. All shipments are fully trackable and delivered directly to your provided address.
Q. What is the estimated delivery time?
A. Delivery timelines vary depending on your location. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation and delivered within 3–7 business days thereafter for most serviceable pin codes. Remote areas may require additional time up to 10 business days.
Pre-order items will be dispatched 14 business days after confirmation of order.
Q. How will I know when my order has shipped?
A. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp message with your tracking details. You can use these details to monitor your shipment’s progress in real time.
Q. What if I am not available at the time of delivery?
A. Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to two times. If the order remains undelivered, it will be returned to us. We can reship upon payment of any additional shipping charges incurred.
